Managing devices from initial configuration through to maintenance after installation is handled with unique product codes for every physical device type combined with configuration options

To minimize the setup and maintenance effort, M2M Suite is designed with multiple dimensions to a single product code allowing for use across brands, sales kits and configurations.

Devices are loaded as their respective product code and configuration by either scanning data elements, loading from source files or interacting with APIs to retrieve information.
Key Features
  • Device Product Codes
    To simplify the management of devices once installed, devices are assigned their own product code separate from the sales kit product code, reducing the number of product codes that are managed.
  • Configuration Options
    Devices may be configured with virtually unlimited configuration options with defaults values and optional override at time of order or after devliery. These configuration option values can be used with the configuration scripts to automate the management of devices.
  • Configuration Scripts
    M2M Suite contains a simple scripting language that simplifies the initial configuration process and can homogenize the support process for different types of devices.
  • API Integration
    Devices can be pre-loaded with partial information and additional data elements loaded via an API or simply created completed from API sourced data elements during either the assembly or fulfillment process.
